As a Full-Stack engineer and Team Lead at Showcase, my responsibilities are diverse and encompass a range of technical and leadership skills. I am responsible for leading and managing a team of developers, overseeing project timelines and deliverables, and ensuring the successful execution of software development projects. Additionally, I am responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications, ensuring the highest levels of quality and performance. This involves working closely with other members of the team, including designers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure that all software development projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. As a team lead, I am also responsible for mentoring and coaching junior team members, providing guidance and support as they develop their technical and leadership skills. Answr (previously Owow) is a cosmetics brand that specializes in producing high-quality hair treatments designed to make expensive salon treatments accessible to everyone. As the tech lead at Answr, I was responsible for the successful launch and management of several e-commerce stores, each designed to provide our customers with a highly performant and robust user experience. This involved working closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers, to ensure that each store was built to the highest standards of quality, performance, and functionality. In addition to managing the development and launch of these e-commerce stores, I was also responsible for their ongoing maintenance and optimization. This involved monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to ensure that each store continued to meet the needs of our customers and support the growth of our business. Overall, my role as tech lead at Answr was challenging, but highly rewarding. I'm proud of the work my team accomplished and the impact we made in providing our customers with exceptional online shopping experiences.

Podium North is a company specializing in the development and design of online casinos. The team of experts is dedicated to creating immersive and engaging online gaming experiences for players around the world. As a Full-Stack engineer at Podium North, I had the opportunity to work closely with the Art Director of the company to rebrand existing casinos and launch two new casinos. My role involved collaborating with the design team to implement the new brand identity across all aspects of the casinos, from the user interface to the game design. This involved implementing custom animations, graphics, and other design elements to create a cohesive and engaging user experience. I'm proud to have played a key role in the successful launch of two new casinos and the rebranding of existing ones. It was a challenging but rewarding experience, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to have worked with such a talented and dedicated team at Podium North.
